الوصف الوظيفي Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management would be preferred Minimum 5 years of similar work experience; 2 years in supervisory level in retail, consumer goods or FMCG industry At least 2 years of experience in team and people management along with sales and operations Certification in Customer service would be an advantage Must have a valid UAE Driving License Excellent spoken and written English communication skills المهارات Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is one of the leading music and dance institute in the UAE Job Role: Managing multiple branches and leading the Front Desk team Ensuring that the Front Desk team is well-versed with current school policies, promotions to promote and upsell all products to meet the sales target and KPI Ensuring quality product knowledge is provided to the Customer Overseeing the customer happiness portfolio along with sales, recruitment, performance management, facility management and general administration Complying with all processes and procedures in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations Conducting un-planned branch visits to complete the branch inspections Guarantee all tasks are completed within the deadline Actively participate in all internal or external training courses, workshops and meetings as required
