Senior Sales Advisor Vacancy in Dubai
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Delivering a superior customer experience in order to maximize potential sales.
• Utilize all in-store USPs to optimize store conversion and maximize sales.
• Seek to optimize store retail standards in both fronts of house and rear of the house in order to maximize turnover.
• Apply all company procedures, including the correct use of security measures, vigilance to all areas of risk, and correct completion of all required documentation in order to eliminate stock loss.
• Keep up to date with all available brand-specific product knowledge and trends.
• Understanding of all retail KPIs / levers and individuals impact on each in delivering store sales.
• Achieve individual sales / KPI goals.
• Building lasting relationships with customers.
• Full understanding of company SOPs to ensure integrity and protection of both individuals and company assets.
• Fluent in English with Arabic advantageous.
• Experience working within a GCC-based children swear fashion retailer preferred.
• Experience working with hardware / Nonapps favorable.
• Preferred Qualification: High School Diploma required as a minimum.
