We are hiring in the UAE Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for Overall management and oversee compliance policy of the company and regulatory compliance obligations in the region.
Requirements:
• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience working in a managerial position or head of the compliance department within a regulated financial institution
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
• Required minimum CAMS certification or any qualification/s relevant to the AML/CFT.
• An understanding of AML regulations and Laws within the financial services industry in the UAE
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and a proven history of working effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company
• The ideal candidate will have a strong Compliance background but, in any event, he/she will possess a proven track record of successfully advising, influencing, and representing an international company with complex regulatory matter
