WORK HANDLE / EXECUTION
Structural steel
Structural steel building, Steel pedestrian bridge, Canopy, Dome steel structure, Steel Truss for sub-station, Steel Staircase Enclosure, Mezzanine floors.
Miscellaneous steel
Handrail, ladders Chequered floor plates, Sump pit cover, Staircase, Canopy structure, secondary steel supports for cladding.
Architectural steel & Glass
Column cladding, Wall cladding with steel & Back painted Glass, Balustrades, Shop front partition, Glass sliding door, Glass swing door, Automatic glass sliding door, Lift lobby cladding, Toilet glass cladding, Toilet removable, Fixed type mirrors, Display Niche with light diffuser, Aluminium composite cladding, Door jamb, Lift Architraves, Escalator cladding, Lift car cladding with ceiling, Advertisement panel, Foot rail, Ladders, Bollards, Lift glass enclosures, Steel staircase, Spiral staircase, Glass flooring with Aluminium framing & sheet metal fabrication.
Desired Candidate Profile
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Estimation
1. Receive Tender documents & Review the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
2. Guide & Lead team members in estimation activities to submit commercial BOQs.
3. Prepare tender queries for missing information/drawing or any contradiction between the documents.
4. Collaborate, organize & guide the technical deliverables for Tenders.
5. Attend site visits & tender interview meetings with Clients/Consultants.
6. Negotiation of cost with Suppliers and subcontractors.
7. Prepare a method of statement & costing sheet.
8. Oversee the preparation of Variation claims in accordance with the contract conditions.
9. Attend variation review meetings with Consultant/Client and obtain approval on variations
10. Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc. Make comparative analysis of all the quantity & use the optimum solution.
Design coordination (Architectural)
1. Detailing for ID drawings.
2. Shop drawing & fabrication drawing preparation.
3. Preparing drawing schedule for the whole project.
4. Assisting for material submittals bases on IFC drawings & estimated details.
5. Attending weekly project meeting with main contractor & gathering project requirements for shop drawings preparation, submission & getting approval.
6. Value engineering based on project requirement for minimize the project expenses & increasing revenue, coordination with production / technical team to prepare details based on our factory limitations / fusibility.
