• Experience working with Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare environment is mandatory
• Setup & support computer hardware – servers, desktops, and laptops.
• Knowledge on the HIS in terms of training Staff etc.
• Setup & support mobile phones/printers/scanners/AV systems/Access Control & CCTV systems and other IT peripherals.
• Support all Corporate IT Systems & Applications with vendor assistance, ensuring optimum availability & efficiency.
• Monitor and manage daily data backups.
• Manage the IT Support Desk.
• Manage all IT Assets.
• Manage All IT SLA’s.
