• Help build a commercial strategy that guides the team’s approach to building new partnerships for the loyalty program
• Develop in depth knowledge of customer needs to identify, prioritize, and scope new partnership opportunities that add value and drive further customer engagement
• Manage new business development & on-boarding of new loyalty partners
• Work closely with the Brand and Retail Partnerships team to drive efficiency in partner discussions
• Analyze business data and convert into meaningful insights for commercial decisions and strategies
• Design and implement marketing strategies with partners via day-to-day partner management
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to develop thorough execution plans for commercial activity
• Proactively assess competitive landscape for commercial best practice in loyalty programs
• Work closely with the customer marketing teams to ensure proper education of partnerships for our members

• Strong technical and analytical skills, comfortable using multiple interfaces to capture and manipulate data - numerically driven
• The ability to determine tangible actions and drive delivery through a cross functional team
• Confidence tackling unstructured problems and finding quick win solutions
• Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment
• Must demonstrate particularly strong and detailed knowledge of the healthcare industry
