الوصف الوظيفي · Understand and identify customer needs and create solutions based on the available product offering. · Setup network and servers and implement configurations. · Implement customizations by creating widgets and basic scripting. · Support clients with configuration of Customer Flow Management Solution · Assist with the sales of Customer Flow Management solution & Queuing solutions by preparing technical proposals. · Prepare the analysis required to complete RFP, Benchmarking, and other studies required by customers. · Participate in the presentation of results to customers if needed. · Work with IT resources to automate the processes for delivering studies as much as possible. · Conduct training on Qmatic Solutions to Clients. · Maintain working knowledge of competitor products and how to technically sell against them. · Responding to customer requirements. · Respond to RFP/RFQ. المهارات · Adequate proficiency in Customer facing in a B2B environment · Skills in Java, EJB, JSF, Jboss, JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS and familiar with Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS · Minimum experience of 1-year in similar role. · Understanding of complex solution selling. · Trustworthy with ability to build long term relationship · Driven, well organized, independent and enterprising as a person · Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
