الوصف الوظيفي 1) Walk down the systems, check the physical layout and correctness of components. Some will need to be experienced radiation workers. 2) Identify ancillary support systems (scaffolding, lagging, heat treatment, spares, tooling, NDT) required to complete the work. 3) Identify the relevant procedures and safety documentation to include in the work pack 4) Generate work pack documentation for upload to SAP. Nawah will ask candidate understanding of the various sections in the work pack (safety docs, tools, spares & consumables, scope, maintenance steps, technical references, post maintenance testing) and will want you to describe how you know how to create a work pack. 5) Resolve Technical queries with system engineers 6) Get all the necessary Nawah sign offs 7) Support upload to SAP (not necessarily be conversant with SAP, but that would help. Others will do the actual upload). These services are in relation to and Include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. For applicable Functional Locations (FLOCs), develop/write Technical Work Orders, Instructions and Packages in accordance with the BNPP procedurally established standards. Provide required field walk downs, research databases, research OEM vendor manuals for parts and instructions, planning and technical instructions for activities related to the work activities for the refueling outage (approximately 700 tasks). These Work Orders/instructions include, but are not limited to the creation in and the use of the BNPP SAP System for Maintenance Items, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders (WO), Operations, work instructions, with all related forms and procedures (collectively hereafter referred to as “Work Order (WO) Planning or WO Plans”). 2. The work orders are predominantly required in the following areas: a) Engineering Programs b) Refueling Outage PMs 3. Create technical work Instructions, update and correct maintenance program documentation, instructions, guidelines, data and general technical information, as well as accessing information from vendor manuals. 4. Assist maintenance technical specialists with the day-to-day work instruction writing service, as required. 5. Support revision of work instructions. 6. Verify and validate work instructions as required and defined in procedures. This task will include plant walk downs. 7. Where applicable verify and correctly link the Bill of Materials (BOM) to specific functional locations (FLOCs) and components. 8. Ensure statutory requirements, as laid out in the Technical Specifications and FSAR, are met through the development of the Work Orders. 9. Collect and verify plant information to develop orders and schedules. 10. Verification and validation of work packages as required and defined in procedures. This task will include plant walk downs. 11. Validate through a review of the background documents, vendor manuals, and drawings as assigned. 12. Where applicable, review documents associated with PMs and Technical Specification Surveillances developed by other departments that may have an impact on Maintenance. 13. Perform technical review of maintenance work packages against Operating Technical Specifications, statutory requirements, documents and guidelines as assigned. 14. Perform technical administrative activities as assigned by relevant Maintenance Managers. المهارات a) An understanding of operating plant modes and the effect that these have as to when an activity can be performed as it will influence the package preparation. Thus an understanding of Operating Specifications and be able to relate them to equipment downtime and equipment unavailability. b) Familiar with Human Performance (HuP) tools application in industry and BNPP. c) Understanding of the applicable HuP associated with the intervention and inclusion of the appropriate HuP Technical work instructions to support execution of event free maintenance. d) Reformatting of existing maintenance work instructions, if required, in accordance with Nawah’s Maintenance Procedures. e) Developing, compilation and updating of procedures and or work instructions, should it be required. f) Alignment with the required, and latest edition of the maintenance procedures. g) International Operating Experience (OE) to be included. h) Environmental considerations and the impact of spillages. i) Safety requirements relating to Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) j) Risk Assessment of the task being performed. k) Support activities, which may include amongst others, scaffolding erection, insulation removal, rigging support, surface preparation, and painting. l) Tag-out/Lock-out requirements and plant isolations. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/work-pack-writer-maintenance-planner-4349330/ |
