1. Minimum 10 years of experience with a SERVICE PROVIDER managing Facilities Management contracts in UAE/ GCC out of which 5 years in senior role with proven Operational management experience.

2. BE or B Tech Mechanical Engineer.

3. Extensive experience heading multiple FM contracts simultaneously.

4. Strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge in due diligence, bidding, and costing FM proposals.

5. Excellent customer management skills and should be able to meet contractual KPIs

6. Experience managing subcontractors, specialist service providers, and a team of staff efficiently and cost- effectively.

7. Good communication skills and ownership qualities.
