• Coordinate customer enquiries, purchase and delivery
with sales team.
• Preparation and processing of quotations, Delivery Orders, Invoices
• Maintaining files & documents for the efficient operation of the offices
• Responsible for logistics regarding deliveries to customers
• Preparation of dispatch / delivery documents
• Manual filing & computer documentation of enquires as well as all job related correspondence
• General office routine work
• Follow up payments.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by the reporting Manager / Supervisor
