الوصف الوظيفي Maple and Rose Real Estate is looking to appoint a key Senior Sales Agent that will oversee the sales, (Residential) in order to achieve profitable sales according to the agreed budget, building a competent sales team and with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and world class customer service throughout the entire lifecycle. This role is key to the development of the company and will carry a strong package of up to an 80% commission split as well as a very good corporate working environment. Job Role · Achieve targets set by the company in relation to legal completions (units sold), Marketing Budget Spend, average selling price, sales selling overhead. · Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models. · Design relevant sales strategy. · Define Target Markets. · Responsible for the design and presentation of all Sales environments material · Manage advertising schedules. · Liaison with customer service in to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction. · Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage arrangements for all sales, ensuring that Independent Financial Advice is available. · Appropriate reporting to the C.O.O · Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company’s program of continuous improvement. · Liaise with the Corporate Marketing team. · Promote and act in accordance with company values, systems, policies, and procedures. · Recruit and train staff. · Manage sales administration process. · Manage sales collection process – including cooperation with the finance department. · Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. · Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. · Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques. · Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations. · Negotiate sales terms and complete agreements. · Keep abreast of the property market status. · Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. المهارات The role will require a highly successful and target orientated Real Estate Sales professional with flair and personality: · Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field. · Must possess at least 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai’s real estate market, for residential properties. · With strong experience and proven track record in off plan and secondary market sales. · Must have own database and experience in handling a team of consultants. · Must be aware of the structure of a start up in real estate brokerage. · Excellent communication skills and UAE driver’s license plus own car is required. · RERA broker license is required. · Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.
