*Carries Sales Quota for Avaya IPT & Avaya Contact Center Business

*Develop the strategy, sales activity plan to achieve the assigned target

*Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients

* Launch sales initiatives to increase pipeline

المهارات
Skills/Knowledge/Experience required:

*Business transformation and solution-selling approach

*Awareness of the Contact Center & IPT market pressures & trends and transitions in UAE

*Minimum 1-2 years experience in Avaya IPT & Contact Center Selling

*Proven track record in leading and winning major IPT & CC Sales opportunities

*Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing IT Managers, IT Directors etc

*Familiarity with Avaya technical and solution designing will be bonus

*Ability to work under pressure

*Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills

*Strong team player
