Control, monitor, and inspect all quality functions and guide inspectors to ensure that work is inspected and documented in accordance with the guidelines of Company’s Quality Management System and project specific quality documents.
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented and maintained
• Monitor the project execution team and ensure the procedures are followed
• Ensure all the company procedures are established, maintained and monitored
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Arrange project progress meeting and monitor & evaluate the project progress.
• Perform all internal and external audits.
• Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the company for contract handling procedure.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures and ITPs in coordination with Senior Engineer. Expedite the review and approval of these documents with Client.
• Responsible by physical inspection of all piping / mechanical installations, ensuring that all Contractor personnel and workmanship is completed in accordance with approved designs, international codes, standards and procedures.
• Responsible for generating accurate, clear and concise inspection/QA reports.
• Work as Co-coordinator with Vendors and subcontractors (Painting/Insulation, NDT) for Projects technical requirements, Inspections, documentations, review of Reports, Manufacturer record book.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), when activities deviate from the Contract Specifications or normal Construction industry practices.
• Perform quality control assessments of fabrication works at vendor’s premises or construction sites.
• Comply with all safety instructions and standing instructions.
• Should be Familiar with International codes & standards such as ASME, NACE, AWS, BSEN, API, ASTM etc. Computer Literate, Proficient in MS Office.
• Add on values certification on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
