1. Responsible for identifying tender business opportunities & creating alert system for prospective tenders to pursue
2. Formulation and implementation of tender strategies in collaboration with the business unit head
3. Relationship Management with key institutional customers and governmental representatives
4. Preparing & Compiling technical & commercial documents for domestic market
5. Responsible for optimization and anticipation of tender prices and volumes & coordinate with finance & business unit heads to finalize tendering prices
6. Coordinate with Supply & Demand team for the stock build for timely supply
7. Coordination, management and duly submission of tender bids by the corresponding institution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have minimum 5 years of work experience in Tenders (Pharma)
Must have experience in submitting tenders, documentation, renewals etc…
Must have UAE driving license and own car
