We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Senior Business Consultant to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for the Honeywell Building Solutions business in Abu Dhabi. You will build relationships and understand customer business requirements in order to provide appropriate solutions. You will also define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. In addition you will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your industry knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? Drive HBS & business development efforts through end-user demand generation in the Abu Dhabi market to sell related solutions and services. المهارات · Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Information Technology Engineering. · Significant experience within a sales capacity proven track record in selling turnkey solutions alongside experience in working with large/ mega projects. · Working knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market within the ELV industry with an established network of clients. · Previous proven experience with Security, Safety, Controls, Energy, Building Management, ELV selling. · Significant experience in a Sales/Account/Vertical Management/Business Development related field. · Demonstrated technical expertise in the ELV domain working on Operations, Projects delivery, Engineering or Services functions. · Excellent communication skills. · Good interpersonal and presentation skills. · Strategic and negotiation skills. · Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization. · Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment. · Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction. · Ability to influence across a broader organization. · Fluency in English and Arabic (preferable) تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sr-account-manager-hbt-sls-abu-dhabi-4359426/ |
