Quality Control Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor for our newly started bakery in Dubai.
Graduates / Post Graduates in Food Technolgy or Food Science & Technology.
Years of Experience:
• The person should have 2-3 years of previous experience in bakery or central kitchen in a similar role.
• This position requires proper knowledge of
• DM food safety regulations
• Bakery Quality Control
• Preparation of SOPs, SSOPs,
• Conducting internal audits & supplier audits
• Implementation of HACCP including the Manual, setting the CCPs, CLs, monitoring systems etc
• Routine Inspection of the products, process, raw materials and packaging materials.
This position is for the people who are currently available in UAE as it is urgent requirement.
