4. Assistant Manager
• Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the similar concepts
• Understands the Dubai Market and multicultural environment
• Food quality driven with a keen eye for cost control essential
• Experience in handling independent restaurants
• Experience in running large teams of chefs and Service team
• Must have entrepreneurial skills
• Experience in pre-opening and setting up new businesses is a must
• Good Financial understanding
