We are looking for SAP HCM Consultant
Job Function:
• Gather business requirements related to SAP HCM
• Study & perform impact and risk analysis
• Propose solution as per requirements
• Document the as is & To be process
• Configure SAP HCM Payroll as per requirements (end to end process)
• Streamline Payroll posting company wise
• Optimize HCM End of service, Gratuity, Leave accruals, pension calculations, etc.
• Create FS document & Liaise with Finance team for any finance posting
• Create FS document & Liaise with ABAP development for any custom development
• Configure & Develop reports
• Create test scripts, Perform unit Test & assist business user in UAT
• Provide user manuals, configuration, sop, handover documents
• Optimize Security and Authorizations segregation as per requirements
• Provide knowledge transfer on the change conducted
Support calls:
• Supporting existing SAP HCM with new enhancements and bug fixes.
• Performance tuning of programs & Reports
• Security and Authorizations
