Opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyor - MRICS Ideally. Dubai with 12 years’ experience to join their Dubai team and work on major Infrastructure/ Airports and Commercial. Airport experience would be beneficial.
• Candidates must be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and ideally MRICS.
• Minimum relevant post-graduation experience of over 12 years.
• Experience in current Value Engineering and Cost control techniques on construction contracts of for major airports/ infra and other major projects values. Experience of FIDIC contracts conditions of contract and international methods of measurement.
• Candidates will require a cost consulting background. Not Contractor.
• This is an immediate role, package is open to discussion for the right person.
