Responsibilities
• Ensures the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the company HSE systems, in accordance with the corporate guidelines.
• Supervise and maintain the safety management process and procedures within the
• organization.
• Conduct safety assistance and workplace visits to ensure compliance with safety directives.
• Provide safety briefing, coaching, inductions, and training.
• Conducting specific task risk assessment and monitoring corrective and preventive action
• reports.
• Carries out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting
• improvement plans.
• Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety-related subject.
• Provides safety support and advice, including supervision on the preparation of plans and
• procedures for start-up activities.
• Develops and implements methods, actions, and recommendations to ensure compliance with
• safety standards.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills to plan and organize HSE meetings, reviews, and training
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, quick learner, and accountable in owning end to end tasks
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Certification – NEBOSH ISO 45001:2018 – “Occupational Health & Safety”
