Immediate opening for Desktop Engineer with experience in O365 migration.
Should be available in UAE for a face to face interview and only immediately available resources will be considered for this role.
• ITIL Foundation (V3) certified.
• 4-8 years’ of proven work experience as a desktop support engineer is preferred.
• Experience on Windows 10 operating system.
• Operating system upgrade, reimaging, application installations, troubleshooting.
• Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
• Working and migration experience on Microsoft 365
