The Sales Executive is responsible for the execution of all sales contracts. Receives the nominations from the clients and make sure that all documentation and funds are in order prior to releasing the product for dispatch.
Balance between protecting the interests of the company by strictly complying with contractual terms while also focusing on client satisfaction by providing swift and efficient service and communication.
Develop and open new markets, new and potential customers and build and maintain good relationships with them.
Receive and confirm back nomination/s being accepted to clients. Request necessary changes for nomination to be receivable from customers.
Check with the logistics planning for the scheduling of the shipment to ease the contracts execution.
Establish the various components of the sales contract/s into the ERP system properly; with a special focus on costs and prices for proper tracking of all the contracts. Ensure that all legal documentation linked to the contract/s are provided and signed by relevant parties.
Keep track of pricing and maintain accurate and updated pricing database available at any time.
Receive pricing orders from clients and coordinate with trading department for execution.
Ensure appropriate tracking of all sales contracts according to the agreed terms, conditions and costs (freight, insurance or other costs involved in the INCOTERM).
Keep all sales documents and transactions available for internal or external audit/s purposes when required.
Responsible for releasing orders, check credit limits, payment terms and follow-up on payments (collection).
Ensure accurate and timely execution of the sales contract/s, by work closely with the execution team, the documentation team, logistics team, shipping and land carriers.
Maintain professional communication channels with the clients and prospects aiming customer service and customer satisfaction. This includes replying swiftly and promptly to enquiries and quality claims.

Required:
University Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management
Minimum of 5 years experience as Sales person in UAE
Experience in sugar and other commodities
