Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
Responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits
Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction, profit optimization by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
Assign and supervise all duties and responsibilities of staff, checking the furniture of the restaurant, equipment, etc.
Manage the profit/loss, food cost and unit sales
Create great social media ratings at Trip Advisor, Google and Zomato etc.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to CIS and Arabic candidates
Male, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management
At least 2 years of experience in the same role; preferably from seafood restaurant with minimum 8 years of experience in F&B;Must have UAE market knowledge key on developing trends, business cycles, seasonality etc.
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
