Clinic Manager Vacancy
A well-established Aesthetic Clinic based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to look after the daily operations. Prior experience of managing Clinic in UAE is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
• Bringing new business from the current market.
• Dealing with all operation works to manage employee and properties properly.
• Revenue Generation.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedure of the Clinic.
• Knowledgeable about Clinic DHA rules & regulation.
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
• Assessing staffing needs of the clinic.
• Monitor patients’ feedback and handle patients’ concern/complaints.
• Bachelor’s Degree with Clinic management experience (Medical & Aesthetic Background is preferred)
