We are a leading manufacturing and distribution company based in Dubai, UAE. Our focus on specialty chemicals and ingredients allows us to meet the needs of a variety of industries we cater to including the Home & Personal Care industry and the Food & Beverage Industry.
We are seeking to expand our sales teams. To that end, we are looking to hire a candidate that has the ability and the experience of taking up a B2B sales role and can independently handle and manage customers in the assigned markets. This will require understanding, analyzing, and evaluating customer and market needs, negotiate pricing, and successfully closing deals on all available opportunities. Responsibilities will be both in-office, and in the field (i.e. directly interfacing with the customer).
In addition, the ideal candidate will be required:
Will be responsible to actively seek and identify new accounts, opportunities and business both local and international
Responsible for effective sales of all product categories of the company
Efficiently and effectively meet and surpass monthly sales targets
Negotiation of prices and terms in tandem with Head of Sales for key business accounts is a critical responsibility of this position
The ability to evaluate product requirements and specifications is a key requirement
Responsible for preparing of quotations by inculcating costs of products and shipment related charges
Should be able to coordinate with the Supply Chain Team for information on production and manufacturing lead time; information on all order shipments and delivery and to communicate the details of delivery to relevant customers
Responsible for ensuring all existing and new customers that all company products meet all health and quality standards
Should be able to suggest ideas for improvement of materials used for prospecting of new clients and customers
Should be well organized in updating and maintaining of customer master data and relevant sales reports
Should have knowledge of appropriate follow-up techniques both with existing and new customers.
المهارات
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or relevant field from accredited university
4-7 years of experience in B2B/Industrial sales/Specialty Ingredient sales.
Prior experience in the above mentioned or similar industries is recommended
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build lasting customer and business relationships
Language skills: Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered favorably
Competence with relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting
UAE Driver License is recommended
