Requirements:
• Should be based in Dubai
• A driving license is a must
• Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
Role:
• To assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative task
• Research and negotiate the best price and quality for the Organizational procurement needs.
• Track and monitor the delivery and confirmation of all materials and issues.
• Responsible for handling petty cash and maintaining related records and reporting periodically.
Skills:
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Professional, Goal-oriented, and organized team player
• Can adapt quickly to change and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
