Hiring Property Manager
Company is looking to hire an experienced Property Manager to take over a portfolio of 80 properties in Dubai for long term lease. It would be advantageous if this person has his/ her own portfolio of properties to manage as well.
The Property Manager will focus his/ her efforts on achieving a high occupancy rate, maintaining good relationships with the existing tenants, and supervising the maintenance of the properties.
Role requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Property Management
• UAE experience is essential to know and understand all UAE laws and legislations regarding property including RERA, Licensing, Leasing and labor laws.
• UAE Driver’s license
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ideally someone who already has a portfolio of properties.
