We’re looking to hire a very well experienced car rental Sales & Operations manager ...

(Applicant should come from Car Rental Industry ONLY preferably luxury car rental)

(Should be fluent in Arabic & English)

المهارات
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures.

- Managing the corporate and individual clients

- Purchasing, Budgeting, accounting

- Provide customer service exceptional

- Responding to Customer’s inquiries and complaints.

- Directly and supervise employees engage in sales, reconciling cash

- Receipts or Performing service to customers.

- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales issues

- Confer with company official to develop method and procedure to increase sales.

- Drivers license

- Car rental professional System

- Knowledge in RTA procedures

- Knowledge in RTA rent a car system

- Knowledge in GPS system monitoring

- Customer service special skills

- InvoicingArranging Vehicle delivery & Vehicle collection

- Traffic Fine monitoring

- SALIK Checking

- Vehicle service monitoring

- Direct reporting to owner

- Arranging company cars to be imported/exported

- Experince and managing cars maintenance and repairs
