Training Executive
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 10,700 – 12,500 per month
Conduct the Basic Technical / Non-Technical Training – Technician Level 1 , Service Adviser, Workshop Controller, Service Manager and as needed.
Updating all the Training Data
Manager Assessment, Skill Evaluation planning and conducting the skill evaluation for all Dealer Staff and Basic Technicians
Conduct Job flow Survey and Training Need Analysis
Developing the Curriculum as per requirement, develop soft skill training
Support IDS program and conduct IDS Evaluation
Prepare the Training reports and Annual Training reports
Design and prepare the non-technical skill competition including Service Adviser, Dealer Inhouse Trainer, Workshop controller and Manager
Prepare the Training and skill evaluation analysis report
Prepare the Manager meeting presentation on minimum guidance
Support to organize Meetings and Events
Conduct OJT and demonstrate customer care and service at the Dealer as necessary
المهارات
Requirement:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Degree
Min 3 years relevant experience
