Facility Engineer Vacancy in Dubai
We are hiring for a Facility Maintenance Engineer for our Real Estate Company located in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing maintenance contract based on property requirements.
• Preparing maintenance plans and requirements based on maintenance contracts.
• Preparing and developing weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and service department; preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Preparing weekly maintenance checklist including all dates, material, tests and resources needed.
• Documenting operation and maintenance manuals.
• Responding to on-call service requests and issuing works orders.
• Traveling to client/tenant locations for equipment and/or maintenance related inspection.
• Diagnosing, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Ensuring service reports are completed on a regular basis.
• Coordinating with various departments for the proper planning and execution of maintenance and service work.
• Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status and progress.
• Conforming to quality system procedures and requirements.
• Continuously improving the operation, maintenance and service department.
• Proving technical support and training on new equipment.
• Ensuring proper site health and safety measures are taken.
• Supervising maintenance technicians and staff.
• Other duties may be assigned
