Job Descriptions:
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to them
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business and closing the deals
• Working with senior management team to identify and manage company’s requirement and growth opportunities
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Skills Required:
• Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment process and client requirements
• Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
• A self-driving person having willingness to work independently
• Ready to extensively travel across GCC countries
• Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is highly recommended.
