Real-estate company is looking for an experienced (3) Sales Property Consultant
Requirements:
• Provide guidance for sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Input all prospective leads, client details, sales etc. in CRM system.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Able to achieve the monthly target.
• Knowledgeable about property sales.
• Excellent communications & negotiation skills.
• Preferable has driving license.
• Excellent in English
• Preferable French speaker
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real-estate Company in UAE.
• Preferably RERA certified.
