Program Manager

Urgent Opening for Program Manager, Location: Dubai
Responsible for the day-to-day management, operational planning, establishment, execution of IT program. Work closely with program director, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and delivery plan.
Serve as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provide technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
Responsible for ensuring that projects in a program are planned, scheduled, monitored properly, and that effective communication with management to convey project status is conducted. Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
Align the deliverables to the program’s outcome by support in change management initiatives. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Contribute to effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other program and technical standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree, 10+ years’ experience. PMP and ITIL V4 foundation certification.
• Experience in leading and driving projects / programs, higher leadership status reporting or stakeholders’ meetings. Working knowledge of program / project management tools.
