Job Role: Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company’s computer systems. Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, network segments, and retail POS system.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, Blackberry, and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience required in relevant field.
• MCSA/ MCSE/ CCNA or equivalent certifications are must.
• 4 years minimum experience on active directory, backup solution, and managing the server infrastructure.
• Should have managed 100+ servers in the current environment.
• Retail experience (added advantage)
• Valid UAE Driving License
