Job Description:
Helping team members to reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job.
Planning and implementation of sales objectives and evaluation of sales performance to ensure KPI accomplishment.
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate industry, along with 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
• World class sales skills.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Professional, organized, honest and presentable
• Can speak and write English fluently
• Valid U.A.E driving license
