Looking to hire on urgent basis for a multinational well known fashion retail company Junior HR Assistant from fresh to 1 year of practical experience and his learning curve will be taken care of.
The position will be reporting to HR head.
Transportation is provided.
Medical insurance & life insurance is provided.
Annual contract & Social insurance from first joining date.
Role dimension:
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Monthly Time & attendance management system transactions – Oracle.
• Update monthly vacation balances.
• Coordinate smooth operation of medical system.
• Coordinate & schedule interviews with proposed candidates.
Qualifications:
• Should have basic understanding of Excel, word & outlook.
• Should be very good English
• Very good Communication skills
