Elegant Qubes Decorations LLC., has a vacant position for Project Manager Interior (Engineer) with planning and understanding fully the interior projects with minimum 5-7 years’ experience. The ideal candidate is skillful, pragmatic and experienced in MEP engineering, architectural and design projects. A prior knowledge of procurement and budgeting is mandatory. Good communication skills are an advantage.
Requirements:
• A minimum experience of 5-7 years in interior filled MEP, fit-out, joinery.
• In-depth understanding of joinery technical drawings.
• Ability to plan effectively and delegate tasks to subordinates.
• Expert in materials and supply management.
Job Duties:
• Managing on going villa projects effectively and overseeing production.
• The project manager is required to plan, oversee, manage and lead the project from ideation to its hand-over.
• Responsible for procurement, negotiation and liaison with supplier chain and relations.
• Budgeting of the project and all aspects involved.
• Accountable for project hand-over on a timely basis.
• Arbitrating any hindrances during the project.
