الوصف الوظيفي To manage and monitor the Logistical operations for the Lease Department in Dubai through implementation of set business practices along with continuous innovative solutions to ensure efficient utilisation of rental fleet and management of human resources, focusing on exceeding customer satisfaction, growth and profitability with overall objective to exemplify the Hertz vision and brand image. Key Accountabilities: Operations Supervision Ensure the KPIs set for the department are understood by all associates. Mentoring and Coaching Acting as a mentor to the CSRs and Coordinators to help them understand the importance of delivering a great customer service experience. Customer complaints and resolution Ensure all policies and procedures relating to Customer Query Handling, Complaints resolution are strictly adhered to, to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Collaboration Collaborate with the Maintenance team to reduce the overall downtime of vehicles going through the maintenance cycle and there by ensure the overall Fleet Utilization Target set for the team are met.
