Position Title: Honing Machine and Lathe Polishing Operator
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
A recognized engineering company based in Dubai, highly respected in the industry as an expert in surface coating and precision machining
Job Description:
Set up operations on a large vertical honing machines to hone internal surfaces of objects, like cylinders, bearings and honing procedures
Read route cards and drawings order for product specifications, like dimensions, tolerances and number of parts to be honed, speeds, feed rates, work-holding fixtures and tools to be used
Secure fixtures on machine table, using squares, steel rules, micrometers and wrenches
Use dial indicators, micrometers, and other standard and special precision inspection equipment to set up, adjust and check dimensions
Lift workpiece manually or with hoist and positions and secures fixture with clamps wrenches, stops with wrench for control of cuts and operate tool-feed rate of spindle

Qualifications:
Open to Indian, Nepali and Filipino nationalities
Male, 45 years and below
At least 2 years of experience in the same role
