• Experience of at least 10 years in a relevant field
• Develop, update and manage the operating model (aligned organization design, job design, processes, technology blueprints, competencies, services and performance management alignment) for COMPANY
• Lead and manage the organization design and structure for COMPANY and its affiliates
• Develop organization design framework including the plan and methodologies
• Develop organization design analytical studies for organization effectiveness and optimal design and organizational blueprint which aligns with the Education Sector Strategy
• Develop job descriptions, conduct job evaluations and salary surveys
• Manage the COMPANY competency frameworks and the competencies
• Lead the institutional development roadmap and planned interventions
• Conduct organizational health assessments using tools such as surveys, interviews, workshops etc.
