Communicate with suppliers as part of daily task pertaining to all inquiries coming in and going out, status of shipping, upcoming meetings, changes on schedule of projects, delays and challenges on shipping timeline
Prepare the approved quotation documents to the suppliers, have them approved by upper management and send actual quotes internationally
Be the focal point on all queries regarding status follow ups – for quotes approval internally and shipments status globally
Execute shipments
Prepare invoices and cost sheet
