Should be natural leader with proven track record of managing a team independently while overlooking and responsible of all aspect of the branch a minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role in shipping and logistic field with minimum 3 years working in Dubai should be fluent in English and Arabic while other language knowledge will be an added advantage Should hold a BSc in management, professional qualification is any related field will be added advantage
Main responsibility will be to report management on a monthly progress, process development and increasing efficiency of the branch
Maintaining sales target and developing strategies to increase sales overlooking all administrative areas of the branch and its staff
