We are looking for - Business Development Manager – LED - Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Generating Sales enquiries
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Manage accounts, follow up on open proposals and update/track status in CRM.
• Responsible to build, maintain and optimize all sales channels and channel partners.
• Need to actively participate in preparing yearly budgets and business plans.
• Will be responsible for meeting an annual revenue target.
• Acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relations.
• Coordinating with customers/sites with regards to technical queries, invoicing, delivery etc.
• Responsible for timely collections from customers.
• Stay up to date with LED and energy management technologies by attending manufacturer training, industry events and taking professional development courses as necessary.
• Participate in sales strategy meetings and share customer feedback with internal teams to ensure continuous sales cycle improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years direct UAE B2B sales experience in LED, Energy management or other ELV products.
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Ability to anticipate issues and solve practical problems.
• Strong communication skills with strong command on English language (both written and oral).
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills and can work with minimal supervision towards pre-established sales targets.
• Account management or customer service experience an asset.
