Responsible for but not limited to:
• Execute a quantity take-off process.
• Reviewing tender documents, preparing Bill of Quantities after quantity take off. (Min 5+ UAE proven experience is a must).
• Detailed Study of all BID documents (Drawings, BOQ, Specs, Contract conditions, etc.). Understand the scope of work, technical and financial conditions.
• Maintains and update the cost database.
• Detailed price analyses for all construction / fit out items, prepare dry cost estimates. (Min 5+ UAE proven experience is a must).
• Responsible for the Quantity Surveying tasks, productivity and the technical adequacy of the QS is a must.
• Prepare payment certificates (consultants, Contractor, Suppliers), performing and checking of measurement of Work for: a) Interim Payments, b) Work executed against Provisional Sums c) Variations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 7-10 years’ experience with contracting company experience
• Must be able to join immediately.
• UAE residential buildings & villas experience is a must.
