A Dubai based social enterprise with visionary projects in education, economic development and building capacity is looking for a Development Manager to be a key member of its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with local and global partners. More specifically, they will be responsible for the following:
· Assist the leadership team of the enterprise in gaining support from government officials
· Work with the management of the enterprise to collaborate with potential business leaders
· Review and select potential global partners and forge working relationships with them
· Approach potential clients to promote the services of the enterprise

Candidates must possess the following credentials:
Master’s degree in economic or social development or related field from a reputed university
2-3 years of relevant experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self motivation and drive to achieve results
Excellent interpersonal skills
