Dubai’s Leading Car Repair Workshop and Automobile Service Provider is looking for a Senior Auto Mechanical Workshop Manager / General Manager Mechanical. There will be monthly target to achieve to fulfill Salary & Commission. Manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop. Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs. Conduct price negotiations with clients to reach a favorable bargain for both management and client
المهارات
– Expert in Diagnosing all Types of Cars.
– Should have experience to repair Luxury Vehicles.
– GCC Work Experience Experience.
– Minimum 10 – 15 Years Experience.
– Leadership, support and supervising of the technicians team.
– Ability to achieve monthly target (Salary plus Commission).
– Organization and implementation of mechanical workshop and supervise Mechanical Team.
– Enhance the brand of the workshop.
– Should have experience dealing with Insurance companies and fleet owners.
– Manage customers and ensure their vehicle is delivered in a timely manner.
