Location: UAE
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business Management)
• Postgraduate degree in business administration will be preferred Certification in a relevant field.
• Experience:
• A Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least five years of progressive experience in the Middle East Region. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role or equivalent position.
• Experience in strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Knowledge and experience in the retail work field.
• Knowledge of mission integration, organizational development, cost optimization, operational excellence, and other relevant fields.
Skills:
• Problem solving and decision making
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed and cost-effective decisions.
• Ability to negotiate contracts for sale and purchase of goods and services
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Effectively manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
