Senior Service Desk Specialist Position
• B.Sc. of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• (3:5) years of experience as Service Desk Specialist, (CCNA & MCSA Certified)
Job Description:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Manage security options and software in computers and network to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
• Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
