الوصف الوظيفي DEPARTMENT: Motor Sales REPORTING TO: Sales Manager Location :Dubai, UAE JOB PURPOSE: Achieve business targets for number, premium and revenue through telephonic customer interaction and manage sales leads, prospect calls, maintenance of business relation with establishment and existing and potential customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: New Business · Identify new business opportunities through cold calling- generate prospects and convert them as sales opportunity. · Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects through own initiation including referral management. · Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly run rate of customer contact as provided for · Collaborate with the reporting Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches / campaigns Renewal management · Make regular follow up calls to past / existing customers and develop the business through up selling and cross selling · Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within existing client base Business Management · Provide Daily and weekly sales reports · Manage monthly productivity parameters – calling / contact / documentation /issuance / cancellation / refund / client servicing · Provide competitor activity feedback wrt rates / discount / loss · Identify & maintain standards of departmental training · Maintain full compliance wrt premium, pricing, discount, product offering, and proposition. المهارات Personal attributes A Team Player with excellent verbal and written KEY INTERFACES: Sales and Customer Services Teams Business Directors Management Team Operational Teams External stakeholders تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/telesales-agent-4438260/ |
