Facility Management Supervisor - MEP
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Job Description:
• Communicating with the property manager to coordinate and plan the allocation of work requests.
• Arranging repairs and maintenance of the facilities.
• Inspecting the premises to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.
• Supervising the work of cleaning staff, maintenance staff and ensuring standards are maintained; monitoring day-to-day activities, writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Making sure adequate security for the building is provided;
• Ensuring the smooth running of premise facilities, including the safety and well-being of tenants and staff;
• Inspect areas and ensure that all aspects of the premises are met and maintain hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Call Police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Deliver & collect lease contracts, documents (passport, visa, E ID & Trade license) from tenants.
• Patrolling car park building to check any kind of violations, irregular parking, monitor daily cleanliness of ail floors, ramps & bins. Inspect proper allocation & utilization of parking slots between hotel guests & tower tenants & staff.
• Safekeeping of all empty office keys of Millennium Plaza Hotel office Tower.
